【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesmethodsusedtoevaluatetheexternalcorrosionhazardsofwellcasings,aswellascathodicprotectionmeansanddevicestobeimplementedinordertopreventcorrosionoftheexternalpartofthesewellsincontactwiththesoil.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestoanygas,oilorwaterwellwithmetalliccasing,whethercementedornot.However,inspecialconditions(shallowcasing:e.g.50m,andhomogeneoussoil),EN12954canbeusedtoachievethecathodicprotectionandassessitsefficiency.ThisEuropeanStandardalsodescribestechniquesallowingdeterminationofthecurrentrequiredforprotectionandensuringcorrectoperationofthecathodicprotectiondevicesinstalled.

【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesthetechnicalrequirementstominimisethehazardslistedinClause4whichcanariseduringthecommissioning,operationandmaintenanceofdisabled/incapacitatedpassengerboardingvehicleswhenusedasintendedandundertheconditionsofmisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturerorhisauthorisedrepresentative.Italsotakesintoaccountsomeperformancerequirementsrecognizedasessentialbyauthorities,aircraftandgroundsupportequipment(GSE)manufacturersaswellasairlinesandhandlingagencies.ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesspecificsafetyrequirementsfortransporters/boardingvehiclesfortransporting/boardingincapacitatedordisabledpassengersasdefinedunder3.1,hereafterreferredtoasboardingvehicles.ThisEuropeanStandardappliestopedestriancontrolledself-propelledboardingvehicles,self-propelledboardingvehicleswithintegrateddriver'saccommodationandtowableboardingvehicles,usedformovingdisabledorincapacitatedpassengersatanairportbetweentheterminalbuildingandtheaircraftrampandtoboardanddisembarkthosepassengerstoandfromcivilaircraft.ExamplesofsometypicalboardingvehiclesareshowninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandardassumesthatadisabledorincapacitatedpassengermaybeaccompaniedbyanattendantandmaybeseatedinawheelchairorrecliningonastretchertrolley.ThisEuropeanStandardalsoassumesthatthetypesofwheelchairswhichmaybeemployedcouldbe:--Standardtypewheelchairs,e.g.inaccordancewithEN12183;--Wheelchairswithorwithoutoccupantself-restraintsystem;--Aircraftaisle-widthwheelchairs;--Non-standardwheelchairsusedatairports;--Nonoccupantpropelledwheelchairs;--Batterypoweredwheelchairs,e.g.inaccordancewithEN12184.NOTEItisassumedthatbatterypoweredwheelchairswouldnotbetakenintothecabinofanaircraft.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotapplytootherformsofaircraftloadersnotspecificallydesignedforboardingofincapacitatedordisabledpassengers,e.g.mobilelounges,boardingbridgesorexternallymountedpodssuchasusedonhelicopters.NoiseandvibrationaredealtwithrespectivelyinEN1915-4andEN1915-3.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithhazardsinrespecttoastandardautomotivechassisandfromothervehiclesontheapron.ThisPartofEN12312isnotapplicabletodisabled/incapacitatedpassengerboardingvehicleswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationbyCENofthisstandard.ThispartofEN12312isintendedtobeusedinconjunctionwithEN1915-1,EN1915-2,EN1915-3(forvehicles)andEN1915-4.
