【摘要】:ThisdocumerdspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofvitaminB6infoodstuffsbyhighperformanceliquidchromatography(HPLC).VitaminB6isthemassfractionofthesumofpyridoxine,pyridoxal,pyridoxamineincludingtheirphosphorylatedderivativesaswellastheβ-glycosylatedforms,calculatedaspyridoxine.Thismethodhasbeensuccessfullyvalidatedwithsemolinawithmilk(infantfood),potatopuree,vegetableswithham(convenientproducts)andamultivitamindrinkatlevelsfrom0,034mg/100gto1,21mg/100g.
