【摘要】:Thisisanacceleratedengineoiltest,performedinastandardized,calibrated,stationarysingle-cylinderdieselenginethatgivesameasureof(1)pistonandringgroovedepositformingtendency,(2)piston,ring,andlinerscuffingand(3)oilconsumption.ThetestisusedintheestablishmentofdieselengineoilspecificationrequirementsascitedinSpecificationD4485forappropriateAPIPerformanceCategoryCoils(API1509).Thetestmethodcanalsobeusedindieselengineoildevelopment.1.1Thistestmethodcoversstressinganengineoilundermodernhigh-speeddieseloperatingconditionsandmeasurestheoil'sdepositcontrol,lubricationability,andresistancetooilconsumption.Itisperformedinalaboratoryusingastandardizedhigh-speed,single-cylinderdieselengine.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatoryrequirementspriortouse.Beinganenginetestmethod,thistestmethoddoeshavedefinitehazardsthatrequiresafepractices(seeonSafety).1.3ThefollowingistheTableofContents:
