【摘要】:Thistestmethodcoversaproceduretodeterminetheinsulationresistanceofaphotovoltaic(PV)array(oritscomponentstrings),thatis,theelectricalresistancebetweenthearray'sinternalelectricalcomponentsandisexposed,electricallyconductive,non-currentcarryingpartsandsurfacesofthearray.Thistestmethoddoesnotestablishpassorfaillevels.Thedeterminationofacceptableorunacceptableresultsisbeyondthescopeofthistestmethod.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
