【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandard,togetherwithISO15004,specifiesminimumrequirementsandtestmethodsfortrialframesforholdingtrialcaselensescomplyingwithISO9801infrontofasubject'seyesinordertoassessvisualacuityandfacilitateopticalcorrectionofvision.ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletolensholdersmountedonheadbands,bracket-mountedframesandframesmountedinthemannerofspectacleswithsupportsontheearsandthebridgeofthenose.Itisapplicabletoalltypesoftrialframes,includinghalf-eyeandrotatinglensholders.ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletorefractorheads(seeISO10341).ThisInternationalStandardtakesprecedenceoverISO15004,ifdifferencesexist.note:1)ISO10341:1997,Ophthalmicinstruments—Refractorheads.

【摘要】:Radiologicexaminationmaybeusedduringproductandprocessdesignoptimization,onlineprocesscontrol,aftermanufactureinspection,andinserviceinspection.Inadditiontoverifyingstructuralplacement,radiologicexaminationcanbeusedinthecaseofhoneycombcorematerialstodetectnodebonds,core-to-coresplices,andcore-to-structuresplices.Radiologicexaminationisespeciallywellsuitedfordetectingsub-surfaceflaws.Thegeneraltypesofdefectsdetectedbyradiologicexaminationincludeblowncore,corecorrosion,damagedfilaments,densityvariation,entrappedfluid,fiberdebonding,fibermisalignment,foreignmaterial,fractures,inclusions,microcracks,nodebondfailure,porosity/voids,andthicknessvariation.FactorsthatinfluenceimageformationandX-rayattenuationinradiologicexamination,andwhicharerelevanttointerpretingtheimagesfortheconditionsofinterest,shouldbeincludedintheexaminationrequest.Examplesare,butnotlimitedto,thefollowing:laminate(matrixandfiber)material,lay-upgeometry,fibervolumefraction(flatpanels);facingmaterial,corematerial,facingstacksequence,coregeometry(cellsize);coredensity,facingvoidcontent,adhesivevoidcontent,andfacingvolumepercentreinforcement(sandwichcorematerials);overallthickness,specimenalignment,specimengeometryrelativetothebeam(flatpanelsandsandwichcorematerials).1.1ThispracticeisintendedtobeusedasasupplementtoPracticesE1742,E1255,andE2033.1.2Thispracticedescribesproceduresforradiologicexaminationofflatpanelcompositesandsandwichcorematerialsmadeentirelyorinpartfromfiber-reinforcedpolymermatrixcomposites.Radiologicexaminationis:a)radiographic(RT)withfilm,b)ComputedRadiography(CR)withImagingPlate,c)DigitalRadiology(DR)withDigitalDetectorArrayx2019;s(DDA),andd)Radioscopic(RTR)RealTimeRadiologywithadetectionsystemsuchasanImageIntensifier.Thecompositematerialsunderconsiderationtypicallycontaincontinuoushighmodulusfibers(>20GPa),suchasthoselistedin1.4.1.3Thispracticedescribesestablishedradiologicalexaminationmethodsthatarecurrentlyusedbyindustrythathavedemonstratedutilityinqualityassuranceofflatpanelcompositesandsandwichcorematerialsduringproductprocessdesignandoptimization,processcontrol,aftermanufactureinspection,inserviceexamination,andhealthmonitoring.1.4Thispracticehasutilityforexaminationofflatpanelcompositesandsandwichconstructionscontainingbutnotlimitedtobismaleimide,epoxy,phenolic,poly(amideimide),polybenzimidazole,polyester(thermosettingandthermoplastic),poly(etheretherketone),poly(etherimide),polyimide(thermosettingandthermoplastic),poly(phenylenesulfide),orpolysulfonematrices;andalumina,aramid,boron,carbon,glass,quartz,orsiliconcarbidefibers.Typicalas-fabricatedgeometriesincludeuniaxial,crossplyandangleplylaminates;aswellashoneycombcoresandwichconstructions.1.5Thispracticedoesnotspecifyaccept-rejectcriteriaandisnotintendedtobeusedasameansforapprovingflatpanelcompositesorsandwichcorematerialsforservice.1.6Toensureproperuseofthereferencedstandards,therearerecognizednondestructivetesting(NDT)specialiststhatarecertifiedaccordingtoindustryandcompanyNDTspecifications.ItisrecommendedthataNDTspecialistbeapartofanycompositecomponentdesign,qualityassurance,inservicemaintenanceordamageexamination.1.7Thi......
