【摘要】:ThispartofISO9241—introducesthemultipartstandardonergonomicrequirementsfortheuseofvisualdisplayterminalsforofficetasks;—providesguidelinesforauser-performanceapproach;—givesanoverviewofallpartsofISO9241currentlypublishedandoftheanticipatedcontentofthoseinpreparation;—providessomeguidanceonhowtouseISO9241;—describeshowconformancetoISO9241shouldbereported.ForthepurposesofISO9241,officetasksaretakentoincludeawiderangeofgenerictextanddataprocessingtasks.Duetothesimilarityofthesetaskstotasksperformedinotherenvironments,e.g.medical,scientific,telecommunications,controlroomsandpublicaccess,manyoftherequirementsinISO9241areappropriatetotheseenvironmentsaswell.ISO9241doesnotcoverelectricalsafetyofVDTs.ThisiscoveredbyIEC950.NOTE—TheergonomicrequirementsofflatpaneldisplaysarecoveredinISO13406-1andISO13406-2.Moreextensiveguidanceonhuman-centreddesignforinteractivesystemsisprovidedinISO13407.
