【摘要】:ThispartofISO15589specifiesrequirementsandgivesrecommendationsforthepre-installationsurveys,design,materials,equipment,fabrication,installation,commissioning,operation,inspectionandmaintenanceofcathodicprotectionsystemsforon-landpipelines,asdefinedinISO13623,forthepetroleumandnaturalgasindustries.ThispartofISO15589isapplicabletoburiedcarbonsteelandstainlesssteelpipelinesonland.Itcanalsoapplytolandfallsofoffshorepipelinesectionsprotectedbyonshore-basedcathodicprotectioninstallations.ThispartofISO15589isalsoapplicabletoretrofits,modificationsandrepairsmadetoexistingpipelinesystems.NOTESpecialconditionssometimesexistwherecathodicprotectionisineffectiveoronlypartiallyeffective.Suchconditionscanincludeelevatedtemperatures,disbondedcoatings,thermal-insulatingcoatings,shielding,bacterialattackandunusualcontaminantsintheelectrolyte.
