Scope:This specification covers the specific requirements for 7178 aluminum alloy, 7011 slclad, plate and sheet; the general requirements are covered in AMS-QQ-A-250. The plate and sheet covered by this specification shall be an integral composite product consisting of a heat-treatable 7178 aluminum alloy core with thin layers of a 7011 aluminum alloy anodic to the core and of approximately equal thickness, bonded to both surfaces.

【摘要】:Thetestmethodisintendedtoevaluatetheeffectsofevaporation,settlement,andearlyautogenousshrinkageontheplasticshrinkagecrackingperformanceoffiberreinforcedconcreteuptoandforsomehoursbeyondthetimeoffinalsetting(SeeTerminologyC125).Themeasuredvaluesobtainedfromthistestmaybeusedtocomparetheperformanceofconcreteswithdifferentmixtureproportions,concreteswithandwithoutfibers,concretescontainingvariousamountsofdifferenttypesoffibers,andconcretescontainingvariousamountsandtypesofadmixtures.Formeaningfulcomparisons,theevaporativeconditionsduringtestshallbesufficienttoproduceanaveragecrackwidthofatleast0.5mminthecontrolspecimens(2,5)(SeeNote2).Inaddition,theevaporationratefromafreesurfaceofwatershallbewithinx00B1;5%foreachtest.Note28212;Toachieveevaporationratesthatresultinacrackofatleast0.5mminthecontrolspecimens,itmaybenecessarytouseanevaporationratehigherthanthatdiscussedinNote1.Thismethodattemptstocontrolatmosphericvariablestoquantifytherelativeperformanceofagivenfreshconcretemixture.Sincemanyothervariablessuchascementfineness,aggregategradation,aggregatevolume,mixingprocedures,slump,aircontent,concretetemperatureandsurfacefinishcanalsoinfluencepotentialcracking,attentionshallbepaidtokeeptheseasconsistentaspossiblefrommixturetomixture.1.1Thistestmethodcomparesthesurfacecrackingoffiberreinforcedconcretepanelswiththesurfacecrackingofcontrolconcretepanelssubjectedtoprescribedconditionsofrestraintandmoisturelossthataresevereenoughtoproducecrackingbeforefinalsettingoftheconcrete.1.2Thistestmethodcanbeusedtocomparetheplasticshrinkagecrackingbehaviorofdifferentconcretemixturescontainingfiberreinforcement.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.(Warning-freshhydrauliccementitiousmixturesarecausticandmaycausechemicalburnstoskinandtissueuponprolongedexposure.)
