【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestopositivedisplacementrefrigerantcompressorsforstationaryandmobilerefrigeratingsystemsandheatpumpsdefinedin3.1,hereaftercalledcompressors.Itappliesforcompressorsusedincommercialandindustrialappliancesandwithelectricalenergysupplyincludingintegralmotors,upto1000VACand1500VDC.Itappliestoopendrive,semihermeticandhermeticmotorcompressors,whichcontainapositivecompressionfunction.Thisstandardisnotapplicableto:--compressorsusedinhouseholdapplianceforwhichEN60335-2-34applies;--compressorsusingwaterorairasrefrigerant.Thisstandarddoesnotdealwithrequirementsforvibrationandnoise.NOTEICompressorsforautomotivecomfortairconditioningsystemscanbedevelopedaccordinge.g.SAEJ639.NOTE2Noiseemissiondependsonthecompleteinstallationofthebuilt-incompressorsandthecorrespondingoperatingconditions.Forsemi-hermeticandopendrivecompressorswhichincludemovingpartsandforwhichtheexternalenvelopeisprimarilydesignedformechanicalloads,thermalloads(tolimitthepossibledeformationduetotemperature),stiffnessofthestructure(externalmechanicalloadsandweightoftheequipment),takingintoaccountestablishedsafeindustrialpractice,itisconsideredthatpressureisnotasignificantdesignfactor.Attachedpartscoveringotherfunctionse.g.oilseparators,oilcoolers,suctionaccumulatorsshallcomplytoEN14276-1orEN13445-6(castiron)orEN13445-8(aluminium)orshowingcompliancetotherelevantEuropeanrequirements.Thisappliesalsotoshellsforhermeticcompressorseitherweldedorwithanykindofpermanentjoint.Requirementsforcompressorsusedinexplosiveatmospheresarenotcoveredbythisstandard.NOTE3ForfurtherguidanceseeEN13463-1.Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttocompressors,whentheyareusedasintendedandunderconditionsformisusewhicharereasonablyforeseeablebythemanufacturer(seeClause4).
