【摘要】:ISO19116:2004specifiesthedatastructureandcontentofaninterfacethatpermitscommunicationbetweenposition-providingdevice(s)andposition-usingdevice(s)sothattheposition-usingdevice(s)canobtainandunambiguouslyinterpretpositioninformationanddeterminewhethertheresultsmeettherequirementsoftheuse.Astandardizedinterfaceofgeographicinformationwithpositionallowstheintegrationofpositionalinformationfromavarietyofpositioningtechnologiesintoavarietyofgeographicinformationapplications,suchassurveying,navigationandintelligenttransportationsystems.ISO19116:2004willbenefitawiderangeofapplicationsforwhichpositionalinformationisimportant.
